THE COMPANY:  CHINOOK MOBILE HEATING & DEICING

Chinook Mobile Heating & Deicing Corporation ("Chinook MHD" or "Chinook") was founded by Dr. Pierre Bourault as a spin-off from Chinook Phi-Beta Corporation.  Chinook Phi-Beta has transferred all relevant intellectual property, as well as all relevant physical assets, to Chinook.  Chinook was incorporated in August 2005 under the Canada Business Corporations Act to develop and commercialize Moisture-Laden Air processes and equipment.  The initial application for this technology is to effectively deice commercial aircraft without the use of glycol.

Chinook's offices are located in Smiths Falls, Ontario, approximately 70 kilometers from Ottawa.
